Founded in 2009, Le Pied Marin Production specializes in independent short films and music videos. In August 2017, we changed course by producing our very first feature film.
Now
We’re on a roll! Today we have two full-time producers dedicated to bringing creative projects to life. We’ve produced several short films screened at major international festivals, while collecting a few awards and accolades along the way!
Tomorrow
We have big dreams to match our ambitions, working hard to establish ourselves as a reference in the film production industry. We hope to leave our mark at the biggest festivals in the world and connect with a global audience.
A breath of fresh air
Joëlle Arseneau
Hailing from Quebec’s Îles-de-la-Madeleine region, Joëlle moved to Montreal to study film at UQAM before earning a second degree in management at HEC Montreal. Since as far back as she can remember, she dreamed of making movies. That dream stayed with her, leading her to make her cinematic debut and become a key player in the film production field.
As versatile as she is creative, Joëlle has several film credits under her belt as a director, producer and editor. She sees every project as a fresh opportunity, fearlessly embracing every challenge.
Joëlle founded Le Pied Marin Production in 2009.
Garance Chagnon-Grégoire
After earning her bachelor’s degree in film at UQAM and fuelled by her passion for making movies, Garance set out to train in every aspect of the industry, working on everything from production and editing to art direction and post-production. This diverse experience allowed her to develop invaluable skills and a global vision of the cinematographic arts. Her determination, ambition and passion for film have helped secure her reputation as a true reference in her field.
Garance joined Le Pied Marin Production in 2017.
